  * USERS AFFECTED: All IMS High Performance Image Copy for z/OS *
  *                 Version 4 Release 2 ( FMID=H1J0420 ) users   *
  *                 who use DB Sensor.                           *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Error messages BBE1409E ( MSGBBE1409 )  *
  *                      and BBE1401E ( MSGBBE1401 ) from the DB *
  *                      sensor are issued when the input KSDS   *
  *                      data set of image copy function has no  *
  *                      record.                                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  Error messages BBE1409E ( MSGBBE1409 ) and BBE1401E
  ( MSGBBE1401 ) from the DB sensor are issued when the input KSDS
  data set of image copy function has no record. If the data set
  has no record, IMS HP Image Copy should notify DB Sensor about
  it. However, IMS HP Image Copy does not recognize the empty
  status correctly, when all records in KSDS have been deleted by
  application. As the result, IMS HP Image Copy does not set
  the indicator of empty data set when it calls DB sensor. Then
  DB sensor issues error messages.
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS HP Image Copy checks if the record count is zero or not. If
  it is zero, IMS HP Image Copy sets indicator of the empty data
  set when it calls DB Sensor.
