Error description

• Provide CICS BAC Batch request utility job name in a new field
  in the XPI commarea passed to CICS BAC user exits running in the
  target CICS region.
  
  This APAR will also provide a fix for the following issue:
  CBAC LIST FILE has incomplete information when run against
  active CICS region. LIST FILE has complete information when
  run if CICS is down.
  This problem occurs only when there is a very large CBAC
  control file (for example,  with 9000 file definitions).
