Error description

• This APAR covers the following messaging improvements when
  issuing ALT on a table space:
  
  1. Adjust ADB21SAR ('Redefine Table Space') panel behavior to
  display error when entering DSSIZE at partition level for PBR
  when PAGENUM is ABSOLUTE.
  
  2. Adjust error messaging on panel ADB21SAR for the PQTY and
  SQTY fields.
  
  3. Panel ADB27RDR ('Tables with Restrict on Drop') always comes
  up if the table has restrict on drop defined.  The panel text
  implies that this restriction will definitely be dropped.
  This APAR updates the messaging to indicate that the results
  of the analysis will determine whether or not a DROP RESTRICT is
  generated.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When running ALT on a table space,      *
  *                      some errors and messages are not clear. *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR addresses the following problems when issuing ALT on a
  table space:
  
  1. On panel ADB21SAR, the error 'Invalid sign' is issued when a
     non-numeric value is entered for Pqty or Sqty. This error
     message is updated to 'Must be numeric'.
  
  2. When entering a DSSIZE at the partition level and PAGENUM is
     A, the value is cleared with no message. This behavior is
     updated so that the following message is now issued:
  
     Partition-level DSSIZE specification is not allowed when
     PAGENUM is ABSOLUTE.
  
  3. After proceeding from panel ADB21SAR, if the table space
     contains a table that was defined with RESTRICT ON DROP, the
     panel text implies that the restriction will certainly be
     dropped. This text is updated to inform the user that the
     restriction might be dropped, depending on the outcome of the
     ALTER analysis.
