* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: TSO ADBEDIAG REPORT inadvertently       *
*                      displays panel GOC5 instead of          *
*                      displaying the report.                  *
****************************************************************
When TSO ADBEDIAG REPORT is invoked, panel
GOC5 is displayed with the message
"Enter required field", which forces the
user to END/F3 several times to generate
the diagnostic report.
