  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR adds the following new        *
  *                      function from the ABO 2.1 PTF:          *
  *                                                              *
  *                      1)  New support in the ABO Assistant    *
  *                      for input JCLs that use external        *
  *                      procedure expansion                     *
  *                                                              *
  *                      2) New usability and report             *
  *                      improvements for the RTI profiling      *
  *                      process                                 *
  *                                                              *
  *                      The ABO RTIBIND option, used to         *
  *                      prepare modules for profiling, will no  *
  *                      longer attempt to rebind AMODE64        *
  *                      modules                                 *
  *                                                              *
  *                      The RTI profiler report now supports    *
  *                      programs that were compiled from        *
  *                      multiple source files                   *
  *                                                              *
  *                      The RTI profiler report will now        *
  *                      display the name of the data sets for   *
  *                      the modules found during profiling      *
  *                                                              *
  *                      3) ABO will now detect, display a       *
  *                      message and skip optimization and for   *
  *                      not LE enabled modules.                 *

  *                      4) ABO contains new performance         *
  *                      improvements for optimized modules      *
  *                      compiled from COBOL source containing   *
  *                      statements involving COMP/COMP-5 data   *
