  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This new function APAR adds support to  *
  *                      the ABO Assistant for input JCLs that   *
  *                      use external procedure expansion, such  *
  *                      as EXEC PROC=XXX.                       *

  *                      A new optional input parameter          *
  *                      PROCNAME has been introduced in the     *
  *                      sample JCL used to invoke the ABO       *
  *                      Assistant.                              *
  *                                                              *
  *                      This PROCNAME option allows the user    *
  *                      to specify the name of the sequential   *
  *                      file or library member that contains    *
  *                      the cataloged procedure that executes   *
  *                      the original COBOL program.             *
