Error description

• This enhancement enables Online Structure Change utility to
  capture and apply FLD calls issued by the application.
  
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of RFE
  requirement 148221.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enables Online Structure      *
  *                      Change utility (OSC) to support the     *
  *                      FLD call.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  With this APAR, OSC is able to capture and apply the FLD calls
  that are being issued during the OSC process when PRESTOP=YES
  is specified.
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of RFE
  requirement 148221.
  
  Also, This APAR has changed OSC to continue processing instead
  of ending abnormally when there are uncommitted apply records.
