• CMBATCH fails with rc=8 ADB7211E message to convert PBR RPN to
  PBR.

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of Db2 Object Comparison Tool for      *
  *                 z/OS and Change Management who use DDL with  *
  *                 implicit SEGSIZE and explicit PAGENUM        *
  *                 RELATIVE for CREATE TABLESPACE               *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Object Compare might generate           *
  *                      unnecessary statements that change      *
  *                      PAGENUM to ABSOLUTE or result in        *
  *                      error message ADB7211E.                 *
  ****************************************************************
  When a comparison includes source DDL with implicit SEGSIZE and
  explicit PAGENUM RELATIVE for a CREATE TABLESPACE statement,
  one of the following results might occur:
  
  When the 'Allow PBR2 to PBR changes' option is set to YES,
  Object Compare might generate unnecessary statements that change
  PAGENUM to ABSOLUTE
  When 'Allow PBR2 to PBR changes' option is set to NO, the
  following error message might be returned:
  ADB7211E Field PAGENUM should be changed from RELATIVE to
  ABSOLUTE but option Allow PBR2 to PBR changes is set to "NO".
  The change will not be generated.
