Error description

• If a package is rebound with PLANMGMT(EXTENDED), and line
  command V, T, S, X, Y, Q or DEP is then executed on panel ADB21K
  ('Packages') to see the associated objects, the objects on the
  next panel are displayed twice.

  *                      package was rebound with                *
  *                      PLANMGMT(EXTENDED).                     *

  On the package panel (ADB21K), when a user issues a V, T, S,
  X, Y, Q or DEP line command on an application package that
  has been rebound using the PLANMGMT(EXTENDED) option on Db2 12,
  objects on the next panel display twice.
