PH40548: PGCRSET2 ALLOCATED AS TASK STORAGE IN CICS TS 5.6 INSTEAD OF TASK64

Error description

• On CICS TS 5.6 development tried to address the issue where
  customer's MEMLIMIT of 10G was used up and subsequent
  webservice pipeline work ended up waiting on container storage
  getmains, as CICS was unable to acquire storage for GUDSA use.
  It was queried whether TASK64 was appropriate for the likes of
  PGCRSET2.
  
  As a result of the above design change, PGCRSET2 that was TASK64
  storage in CICS TS 5.5 is now TASK storage in CICS TS 5.6.
  Due to this change a client request is consuming more storage
  in EDSA.

  In CICS TS V5.6 CONTAINER SET STORAGE ( PGCRSET and PGCRSET2 )
  is GETMAINed from TASK EUDSA storage.  In CICS TS V5.5 the
  storage is GETMAINed from TASK64 GUDSA storage.  This change
  may lead to CICS going short on storage below the line for
  some users.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHPGCR has been changed to use GUDSA storage for PGCRSET2
  container set storage.
