Error description

• This APAR provides the following updates:
  - support for a future version of Db2;
  - IBM z/OS v2.5 toleration;
  - various updates in log processing.
  - update in sliding scale algorithm initialization processing;
  - updates in messages.
  - being an APF authorized program, IBM Db2 Change Accumulation
  Tool for z/OS implements a security configuration that alters
  some settings in the ACEE control block, which allows the
  product to read protected assets, such as Db2 logs, strictly
  for the cases that the tool provides. This APAR will remove
  ACEE modification from the product to meet security
  requirements, so that access to Db2 data sets is tracked in
  the SMF data.
