Error description

• A search for lower case characters under column 'New ID' on
  planel ADB2Z55 ('Display/Update USERNAMES') does not work, even
  though options 'Capitalize object names' and 'Capitalize data'
  have been set to NO on panel ADB2P2 ('DB2 Admin Defaults')

  On the "Display/Update USERNAMES" panel (ADB2Z55),  an attempt
  to search for lowercase letters in column 'New ID'
  fails to find the qualifying row(s).  Searching for uppercase
  letters works correctly.
