Error description

• ARSODT STC may shutdown with these messages:
  
  ARS0013E DB Error: Warning:  Unexpected SQL_NO_DATA --
  SQLSTATE=Not Defined, SQLCODE=100, File=arsodfdb.c, Line=16535
  ARS1170W The object does not exist
  ARS7950E Unexpected fatal error encountered, function is
  DISTRIBUTION, return code is 11.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ODF may shut down when the              *
  *                      distribution or recipient name is       *
  *                      longer than 30 characters.              *
  ****************************************************************
  ODF is issuing a bind parameter with an incorrect maximum
  length causing the sql update to fail because it cannot find
  the distribution in the table.
  

Problem conclusion

• ODF is modified to use the correct maximum length.
