Error description

• This APAR addresses two issues regarding the generation of
  Migrate JCL:
  
  1)  The MIG source job unnecessarily adds
  SADBLINK to STEPLIB for GEN and UNLOAD steps.
  
  2) The LIB= parameter may show in both MIG
  generated Source and Target jobs even when Admin Tool/Tools
  Customizer parameter "Use DSNUPROC LIB= parameter" is set to
  "NO".

  Issue #1:
  When using the MIG function, the generated source job ADBMGS1
  unnecessarily adds the SADBLINK library to STEPLIB for the GEN
  and UNLOAD steps.
  
  Issue #2:
  When the TCz parameter "Use DSNUPROC LIB= parameter" is set to
  "NO", the LIB= parameter is still generated in the MIG source
  and target jobs.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problems have been resolved.
