* Apply corrective PTF when available                          *

Performance enhancement to contract the ADMF INDEX MANAGER CL20
storage pool used for FTB. The size of the pool may
significantly exceed the number specified by
INDEX_MEMORY_CONTROL ZPARM due to memory fragmenation.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Db2 code has been modified to explicitly contract the
ADMF INDEX MANAGER CL20 storage pool every twenty minutes
during index in-memory optimization.
