Error description

  • You are running CICS TS 5.6 and the region crashes at
    startup with the following messages:

DFHSJ0102I applid SJ domain initialization has ended.
DFHSR0601 applid Program interrupt occurred with system
                       task TCP in control.
DFHKE1800 applid ABNORMAL TERMINATION OF CICS IS COMPLETE.

Reviewing the dump shows the TCP task has called VTAM to
    process a simlogon- module DFHZSIM.
TCP uses the CSA's Register Save Area, as R13 when calling
VTAM. The program check occurs when VTAM is attempting to
    give control back to us.
Module ISTAICIR branches to the 24 bit R14 address
from the CSA RSA, which is not a valid address, causing
    the ABEND0C4.

The 31 bit address in R14 from the savearea in the CSA
actually pointed to another CICS module- DFHQRCPU.

Another CICS transaction- CQRC - which processes the
QR TCB CPU/Disp ratio, was executing on an open TCB, is
incorrectly using the savearea in the CSA, causing this
timing issue and program check in TCP.
    Additional symptoms: KIXREVDAM
    CSTP CSZOSRSA CSAOSRSA
DFHDS0104 I The INITPARM value specified for module DFHQRCPU
is zero. DFHDS0102 messages will not be issued.
