Error description

• The next set of metrics.ear enhancements.
  
  1. Add a generic jvm arg for the metrics.ear to use to decide
  whether or not to include node agent metrics:
  
  com.ibm.ws.pmi.prometheus.includeNodeAgents=true|false
  // default is true (for bkwd compatibility)
  
  2. Add appname label to tWAS Prometheus EJB metrics
  
  3. Refresh server list for tWAS metrics application
  asynchronously

  A collection of enhancements was added to the metrics.ear
  application:
  - The ability to omit node agent metrics via a system
  property (com.ibm.ws.pmi.prometheus.includeNodeAgents=false).
  - Appname labels were added to existing tWAS Prometheus EJB
  metrics.
  - Made the server list refresh for the tWAS metrics application
  asynchronous. Calls to /metrics will continue to use the old
  list
  of servers until the new list has been created.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was updated to include the enhancements.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.21 and 9.0.5.10. For more information, see 'Recommended
