Error description

• Customer is using the OUTPUT Optim command to copy the contents
  of the Optim ISPF panel to SYSOUT, or a data set.
  The command executes correctly and produces the expected
  contents.However, the following ABEND may occur while exiting
  Optim:

  The above ABEND has only been observed on z/OS 2.4 systems.

  incompatibility with z/OS 2.4.
