  This APAR supports Storage Management REST API
  enhancements.
  
  The following REST APIs are added, and the Swagger UI is
  enhanced to support the new REST APIs.
  1. Retrieve the storage class list from the active
  configuration.
  2. Retrieve the storage class definition from the active
  configuration
  3. Retrieve the data class list from the active configuration.
  4. Retrieve the data class definition from the active
  configuration.
