  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Some message fields are not processed   *
  *                      correctly. For example, an error        *
  *                      message does not fit, or a subfield is  *
  *                      not separated properly. This applies    *
  *                      to the following fields:                *
  *                                                              *
  *                      o 19 with option A                      *
  *                      o 36 with option B                      *
  *                      o 50 with option B                      *
  *                      o 52                                    *
  *                      o 53 with option J                      *
  *                      o 56 with option J                      *
  *                      o 57 with option J                      *
  *                      o 82 with option J                      *
  *                      o 83 with option J                      *
  *                      o 87 with option J                      *
  *                                                              *
  *                      Each message type that contains one of  *
  *                      these fields is affected.               *

  * RECOMMENDATION: This has been corrected. Now these fields    *
  *                 are processed correctly.                     *
