  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: (a) KOBUT016I message repeats every     *
  *                          two minutes in TEMA when HUB TEMS   *
  *                          is not available.                   *
  *                                                              *
  *                      (b) Unable to dynamically change SEQ    *
  *                          data set parameters by using VARY   *
  *                          command                             *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply PTF                                    *
  ****************************************************************
  (a) OMNIBASE module KOBUTL is issuing unnecessary messages.
  
  (b) The VARY command to read changed collection options from
      RKD2PAR members,
          e.g. /f IBMO2,F H2<ssid>,VARY OPTION=COPT<ssid>)
      is not changing the collection specifications for dynamic
      SEQ data set parameters.
  

Problem conclusion

• (a) KD5PLEX and KD5AGENT load modules need to be rebuilt to
      pick up changes from OMNIBASE module KOBUTL.
  
  (b) Code was updated for the VARY command to work properly.
