• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The customer reported seeing RPT 10.2 hanging regularly
  (although not always) when they attempted to open their HTTP
  tests.  They also observed hangs, at 3% progress, when trying to
  run the test. The test was not exceptional exceptionally large
  or complex. When they attached JConsole to the running
  eclipse.exe when RPT was hung while opening the test, the main
  thread trace consistently showed
  org.eclipse.hyades.loaders.util.Guid.<init>(Guid.java:292); for
  example:
