Error description

• Customer is performing SUBSET processing of an ARCHIVE file.
  He has the Custom Option #43 enabled:
  "Set RC of -900 when 0 Rows Extracted in Batch".
  The SUBSET returns 0 rows and the following System Error is
  being triggered:

Problem summary

  Optim is incorrectly handling the Custom Option #43
  "Set RC of -900 when 0 Rows Extracted in Batch" during SUBSET
  BATCH processing.
  This option was not meant to be applied to SUBSET and has been
  deprecated.
  

Problem conclusion

• Optim processing logic will be changed to ignore the Custom
  Option #43 which has been deprecated.
  If there are no rows in the created SUBSET file, and the Custom
  Option #43 is Enabled, Optim will produce the following messages
  
  The following additional messages have been issued:
  ---------------------------------------------------
  INFORMATION: The Custom Option 43 is enabled and 0 rows have
  been extracted for SUBSET.
  The BATCH step RC will be set according to the NOT_FOUND_RC4
  keyword.
