  QISTWFNE counter gets reset by DB2 when MAXTEMPS zParm is
  reloaded dynamically, causing abnormal values for QISTWFNE in
  OMPE Batch Statistics trace/report output.
  

Problem conclusion

• Delta calculation logic updated to handle QISTWFNE counter
