Error description

• Panel ADB21TCA ('Alter Table Add Clone') contains input fields
  that do not use whitespace effectively.  As a result, users are
  forced to scroll or use the expand command if the table name or
  schema is greater than 18 characters.  With this APAR applied,
  the input fields will accomodate a longer table name or schema.

  When managing long table names and schemas, panel ADB21TCA
  'Alter Table Add Clone'
  can be cumbersome to use due to the short input fields. Because
  of this, users often need to scroll or use the EXPAND command
  to view and/or input the table name and schema, which is
  inconvenient. The length of the input fields has been
  increased to reduce the
  frequent need to scroll or use the EXPAND command.
