  resulting in similar amounts of rows in the hourly, daily and
  monthly tables.

  The values in the MQS_ACCNT_TASK_* and MQS_ACCNT_QUEUE_*
  tables are not summarizing to daily and monthly level due to
  columns RRS_CONN_NETW_D and CORRELATOR_ID being in the primary
  keys which is causing the data to be too granular.
  

Problem conclusion

• Alter fields RRS_CONN_NETW_D and CORRELATOR_ID to non-primary
  keys in tables MQS_ACCNT_TASK_D, MQS_ACCNT_TASK_M,
  MQS_ACCNT_QUEUE_D and MQS_ACCNT_QUEUE_M to allow summarization
  of the data.
