The description for the startup application checkbox is wrong.
It is backwards from how it really works.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Modified the name/description of the checkbox to indicate what
really happens when the box is checked/unchecked.

The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
