Error description

• Using ebcdic-cp-us encoding on XML based output card can cause
  the execution environment to crash if the map is executed on the
  Windows platform.  It can also cause incorrect output if the map
  is executed on the z/OS platform.
  
  This issue can occur when using an IBM Transformation Extender
  map that uses an output card designed with an XSD used natively.
