  Group search on the Admin Console returns nothing when a custom
  user registry is used with no accessIds for the groups.  The
  getGroups command in SecurityRealmProvider.java assumes there
  are
  always accessIds defined and returns a null if not.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
