PH39899: REPORT INDICATES 'NO CHANGES TO TRIGGER' EVEN THOUGH TRIGGER IS DEPENDENT ON A VIEW THAT WILL BE DROPPED AND RECREATED

Error description

• If a trigger is dependent on a view which is being dropped
  due to a default change, the report indicates that the 'View
  will be recreated', but indicates 'No changes to Trigger', when
  in fact the trigger will be dropped and recreated as well.

  When a trigger is dependent on a view and that view is dropped
  and recreated, the compare report might contain "No Changes to
  Trigger". However, the resulting WSL or CHG file correctly has
  the trigger being recreated.  With this APAR applied, the
  following warning message will be issued in the compare report
  for a trigger on a view:
  
  ADB7393W This trigger is dependent on view >view-name<. If this
           view is dropped and recreated, those changes will
           cascade to this trigger.
