APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When an operation named POST is in 2 different paths, after
  validating the model, it generates an error that says, "<Object>
  have the same Operation ID (name)".
  
  However in Swagger, the operation ID field as generated combines
  the path along with the operation name, so the operation ID
  would be different even though the operation is named "POST" in
  both paths.
