Error description

• This APAR addresses two issues on panel ADB2ZBH2 ('Display
  Buffer Pool Hit Ratios'):
  
  (1) The data in column "Sequential Pages Read" is left-truncated
  if greater than 8 characters.
  
  (2) Column "Seq Prefetch" does not display the correct
  number of sequential read I/O operations.

  Issue 1:
  On panel ADB2ZBH2 'Buffer Pool Hit Ratios', information for
  column "Sequential Pages Read" is truncated on the left if the
  content in the column is greater than 8 characters.
  For example: 172482649 is left-truncated to 72482649
  
  Issue 2:
  On panel ADB2ZBH2 'Buffer Pool Hit Ratios', column
  "Seq Prefetch" shows information for the number of times
  sequential prefetch was requested, instead of the number of
  sequential prefetch read I/O operations.
