    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF. *

    * Applying the updated Collator and *
    * DataSplitter components are optional. *
    ****************************************************************
    1. If a DataMover is started and its last recorded checkpoint
is no longer present in the log stream it enters a loop
       of message DRLJ0179E.

    2. The Hub DataMover can fail with an
ArrayIndexOutOfBounds exception shortly after making contact
with one or more Spoke DataMovers when a configuration with
multiple TCPIP output stages is used.

Problem conclusion

  • 1. The DataMover is modified to terminate cleanly if a
checkpoint location cannot be found in the input logstream.

    2. The DataMover has been enhanced so that it can manage
       multiple TCPIP output stages.
