  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Long term support for Cognos 11.0.13    *
  *                      has ended. Cognos 11.1.7 is the new     *
  *                      LTS release. Reports need to be tested  *
  *                      in the new release.                     *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF(s).                   *
  ****************************************************************
  Cognos reports built for 11.0.13 may have issues when running
  in an 11.1.7 environment.

• If users have upgraded to the current long term support
  release of Cognos (11.1.7), they will need to use the new
  report and metadata binaries supplied in this PTF within that
  Cognos environment.
  
  Users who are on a version below 11.1.7 will continue using the
  existing report and metadata binaries in Cognos.
