PH39708: LOGINFO REPORT FROM/TO DATE RANGE MAY BE INCORRECT, ALSO MSGIPI0316I TIMES MAY BE INCORRECT

Error description

• Three issues addressed:
  1) When a global Start/Stop time is specified for an IMS PA
  report set, the Loginfo Start time reflects the IMS log Start
  time, not the specified global Start time.
  2) Times in the IPI0316I message may not be correctly adjusted
  for the local time zone.
  3) Sundry dialog validation/panel corrections.

Problem conclusion

• 1. IMS PA V4.5 corrected an issue where the Loginfo report Start
     time did not reflect the actual IMS log start time. However,
     this correction did not cater for the situation where a
     Global Start/Stop time was specified for the report set.
     The Loginfo report now correctly reflects the reporting times
     for the IMS PA job.
  
  2. When running against an IMS Connect Index, times in the
     IPI0316I message were not adjusted for the local time zone.
     Message IPI0316I now correctly reports Local times.
  
  3. Sundry dialog validation/ panel corrections.
