  subdirectory on the GDPS FTP site for your licensed offering.
  Following are a summary of changes:
  
  - PMT now supports MM3SITE configuration
  - The primary site is required to be RS1 to run in MM3SITE
  - zDL topology is not currently supported
  - New execs have been introduced for MM3SITE support (GEOXPCU3
  and GEOXAPM3)
  - The default MM3SITE session control file name is GEOXAPM3
  - The MM3SITE session control file in the GEOPARM dataset
  contains only header information
  - The MM3SITE session control file in the staging dataset
  contains all information including information about
  added/removed device pairs
  
  Message changes:
  - There are new, updated, and deleted GXPCU* and GXAPM* messages
  for MM3SITE support
  - Some existing MM2SITE messages have been enhanced to add the
  Replication leg (RL1 and RL2) for MM3SITE
  
  Version identification:
  - This PMT version is V6.1.0
  - PMT Config variables have a separate version number (502) to
  allow code compatibility check
