PH39651: UPDATE CICSPLEX CSDINGRP TABLE TO INCLUDE DUMPCODE RESOURCE TYPE.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using a CICS 5.5 Explorer connected to a
  CICS/TS 5.6 CICSPlex SM WUI server, and displaying a group
  containing one or more DUMPCODE resources, the DUMPCODE
  resources in the group were not displayed at all.
  
  Currently CPSM table CSDINGRP does not include the
  DUMPCODE resource type.  As a result of this, products
  such as CICS Explorer can not be used to display the
  DUMPCODE resources.  Explorer support for this change
  will be provided by CICS Explorer 5.5 apar: IJ34282

  From CICS TS V5.6, a CICS CSD group may contain DUMPCODE
  records. These records are not included in CICSPlex SM
  result sets for the CSDINGRP resource table; CSDINGRP records
  with a DEFTYPE of DUMPCODE are omitted from the result set.
  
  CICS Explorer APAR IJ34282 will deliver the capability to
  interpret these CSDINGRP/DUMPCODE records within CICS Explorer.
  CICS Explorer users displaying CSDINGRP records with a deftype
  of DUMPCODE will see "_UNEXPECTED" as the definition type until
  Explorer is upgraded to a fix pack which includes IJ34282.
  

Problem conclusion

• EYU0BCGQ has been updated to return CSDINGRP records where
  the DEFTYPE is a DUMPCODE.
  The CSDINGRP resource table has been updated to include
  DUMPCODE as a possible option for the DEFTYPE attribute.
