  *                      subsequent collector shutdown.          *

  When using the COLD START option of OBJECT ANALYSIS (not
  recommended to be used outside of IBM Support guidance)
  freed CSA could be improperly overlaid, leading to ABENDs
  in users of KEY 7 CSA storage.
  

Problem conclusion

• Storage release and resource manager processing improved to
  eliminate logic that could overlay CSA storage that has been
  released.
