  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: TEMPLATE SCOPY has an empty data set    *
  *                      name for REORG                          *
  *                                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The MOVETB line command generates a job with an incorrect SCOPY
  template for the REORG utility. The TEMPLATE SYSCOPY statement
  has an empty data set name. ADBTEP2 reports message ADB5184E
  along with Db2 utility message DSNU1032I as shown below.
