Error description

• MODID error for MOD ENTRY DSNGEPLC in SYSMOD UI65684 can occur
  when trying to apply UI65684 if Db2 12 for z/OS was ordered
  on or after December 11, 2020 and the user has HDBCC10 SMPMCS
  with REWORK 2020291 to SMP/E install the Db2 12 product.

  * attempts to apply UI65684, the                               *
  * APPLY may fail                                               *

  * Apply corrective PTF when available                          *

  After installing Db2 using the Db2 product image with
  REWORK(2020291), if the user then attempts to apply UI65684,
  the following error may occur:

  SYSMOD UI65684.
  GIM31903I    SYSMOD UI65684 DOES NOT SPECIFY UI71423 ON THE PRE
  OR SUP OPERAND.
  UI71423 IS THE RMID FOR MOD DSNGEPLC THAT IS CURRENTLY
  INSTALLED.
  GIM22601I APPLY PROCESSING FAILED FOR SYSMOD UI65684.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem is fixed by marking UI65684 PE
  and setting PH39468 as the fixing apar.
