  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * When backing out multiple INSERT                             *
  * transactions where data was from the                         *
  * same space map page that was in LPL,                         *
  * one DBET request was sufficient to                           *
  * mark the pageset for incremental                             *
  * COPY. But there were multiple DBET                           *
  * requests to mark the same pageset for                        *
  * incremental COPY. These additional                           *
  * DBET requests were unnecessary.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Apply corrective PTF when available                          *
  ****************************************************************
  When backing out multiple INSERT transactions where data
  was from the same space map page that was in LPL, after the
  first DBET request made to mark the pageset for incremental
  copy, subsequent DBET requests were also made to mark the same
  pageset for incremental copy.  These additional DBET requests
  could impact the overall log-apply performance and were
  unnecessary.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 code is modified to process a single request to mark the
  same pageset for incremental COPY when backing out multiple
  INSERT transactions, where data is from the same space map
  page that was in LPL.
  This improves the performance by reducing the frequency of
  setting DBET state for the same object.
