Error description

• On comparing objects with no differences except OWNER, the
  SET CURRENT SQLID and SET CURRENT SCHEMA statements may still
  appear in the change (CHG) file.  These statements should not
  exist if there have been no changes to objects.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A comparison of tables with no          *
  *                      differences in attributes other than    *
  *                      OWNER still results in                  *
  *                      SET CURRENT SQLID and SCHEMA statements *
  *                      in the change (CHG) file.               *
  ****************************************************************
  Two tables are compared and no differences are found in the
  tables attributes, but the OWNER value is different. Compare
  reports no changes but still generates SET CURRENT SQLID and SET
  CURRENT SCHEMA statements in the CHG file. Because no
  changes exist between the tables, the CHG file should
  have no statements.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been resolved.
