  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements to      *
  *                      support a new option during the object  *
  *                      comparison process that will allow      *
  *                      users to drop foreign keys that are     *
  *                      not specified on the source.            *
  ****************************************************************
  The following enhancements and issues are addressed in this
  APAR:
  
  The affected components are as follows:
  1. Compare:
  Object Compare supports a new option "Drop FKs not in source"
  that will allow users to drop foreign keys that are not
  specified on the source, irrespective of the option "Suppress
  DROP of objects". This new option will allow users to drop
  foreign keys from tables without needing to explicitly specify
  a DROP FOREIGN KEY clause on the source.
  
  2. Panels:
  A new field 'Drop FKs not in source' is added on Panel GOC5
  'Generate Compare Jobs' to support this new behavior.
  
  3. CMBATCH:
  A new parameter "drop_fks_not_in_source" is added to support
  this new behavior.
