  z/OSMF Security Configuration Assistant has been enabled to fix
  missing security profiles, so that z/OSMF security
  administrator can fix missing security re-sources from SCA UI
  in a browser and authorized z/OSMF exploiters can provision
  security authorizations by calling SCA provision REST API.
