  The COBOL V6 compiler did not terminate collection of
  AUTOMONITOR names properly in some cases for JSON PARSE
  statements, which resulted in very long names getting encoded
  in XREF statements in the DWARF and used by IBM Debug for z/OS.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was changed to properly terminate collection of
  characters for AUTOMONITOR information in JSON PARSE statements
  and long incorrect names are no longer encoded in XREF
  statements in DWARF, Debug for z/OS does not stop in this case
  anymore.
