Error description

• The following -Xdump isn't processed correctly because it
  contains a dollar sign ($)
  
  -Xdump:stack:events=throw+systhrow,filter=org/eclipse/emf/commo
  n/util/BasicEList$BasicIndexOutOfBoundsException
  
  
  This  Generic JVM arguments is set for the servant and the
  server.xml is updated, but the servant.jvm.options file contains
  a blank line instead of -Xdump.
  

Local fix

• edit the ebcdic file servant.jvm.options to set -Xdump
