Error description

  using NOMDECK & incorrect SYSMDECK is DUMMY in JCL
  

Local fix

• Correct SYSMDECK DD in the JCL when using the NOMDECK compile
  option:
  //SYSMDECK DD UNIT=SYSALLDA,SPACE=(CYL,(10,10))

  The compiler has a message that gets displayed when the SYSMDECK
