Problem conclusion
On thin clients start reading com.ibm.websphere.tls.disabledAlgorithms and com.ibm.websphere.certpath.disabledAlgorithms from a system property if not provided in configuration. The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack 9.0.5.10 and 8.5.5.21.
