Error description

  • If an Object Compare job is run with Validate, and there is a
    primary key or any constraint in the table definition without
    the keyword CONSTRAINT, an ADB3018E error may result,
    as in the following example:
    
    ADB3018E An error occurred while processing the Table
             >tablename< object in the statement type of CREATE .
             The column >columname< is nullable. PRIMARY KEY,
             HASH KEY or UNIQUE constraint cannot be defined on it.

    Using compare with the "Run Validate" option set to V and
    source DDL that contains a primary key without a CONSTRAINT
    keyword might result in the job incorrectly issuing the
    following error message, and ending in RC 8:
    
    ADB3018E An error occurred while
    processing the Table >schema<.>name<
    object in the statement type of CREATE.
    The column >column_name< is nullable.
    PRIMARY KEY, HASH KEY or UNIQUE
    constraint cannot be defined on it.
