Error description

• HLO Started task may abend and end with the following message:
  HLOS0909S Started task subtask ESTAE entered System RC=0C4, User
  RC=000
  
  This issue may happen on following conditions:
  1. When many loader jobs are running in parallel and several of
  the
  loader jobs are canceled at the same time it is possible for the
  loader started task to abend with S0C4 and terminate.
  
  2. When HALOAD job is run on a partitioned object with
  ACCEL_ADD_TABLES and DETECT_DATA_CHANGES,  it is possible for
  the
  HALOAD job to fail with the following messages and the loader
  started
  task to abend with S0C4 and terminate,
  HLOU4098I 193 14:34:23.56 Only tables or partitions changed
  since the
  last load will be loaded
  HLOU5715E 193 14:34:26.64 Unknown error during IDAA validation
  
  HLOU4014E 193 14:34:26.64 An error occurred on accelerator
